Q: Is www.winnebagoparts.com part of Winnebago Industries?
A: No. It is part of Mobility R.V., Inc. which is an independently owned and operated business in Hanlontown, Iowa.

Q: Where is Hanlontown, Iowa?
A: It is in North Central Iowa approximately halfway between Des Moines, Iowa and Minneapolis, Minnesota on Interstate 35. Our location is just a few miles from the Winnebago factory in Forest City, Iowa.

Q: Why should I buy my parts from you?
A: In a single word... experience. No one in the RV business knows your Winnebago built product like we do. The owner of our company is a former Winnebago employee who held positions in engineering and service, and his partner was also employed at Winnebago in the Parts Sales Department before starting Mobility R.V., Inc. in 1989. The team at our company has over 60 years combined Winnebago parts and service experience and is dedicated to the parts business and customer satisfaction. Our parts administrators are factory-trained, and our computer system is linked directly to the Winnebago factory. Our close proximity to the Winnebago factory, and our close personal relationships with the people there are of major benefit to our customers. No other dealership is "closer" to the factory than we are!

Q: May I make a parts inquiry via email from your web site?
A: Yes! Email is welcome and is answered daily during business hours. However, we would prefer that you call us for the most personalized parts service available anywhere!

Q: Why do you need to know my name and vehicle ID when I email you?
A: We need your vehicle information so that we may quote you the right part the first time. No! They're not all the same. We need your name so that we may track your quote in our computer system. This makes it easier to convert your quote into an order.

Q: Will I get one of those automated answering systems when I call Mobility R.V.? You know, the kind where you press "1" for this and press "2" for that, which eventually leads me to a voice mailbox?
A: You DEFINITELY will NOT!! You will only talk to real people at our store.

Q: Do you sell new and used motor homes?
A: No. The parts business and getting you the parts you need is our only business... period.

Q: Can I get parts for my Renault powered LeSharo from you?
A: YES! We are the exclusive importer of parts for these vehicles for Winnebago. Most all parts are in stock and ready to ship... most can be shipped the same day if you place your order by 2:00 pm CST. Specify air freight by UPS or FedEx for faster delivery.

Q: I need to contact Winnebago Industries in regard to a warranty question on my motor home. How can I contact them?
A: Winnebago Owner Relations Department may be called at 800-537-1885 or 641-585-3535 during business hours Monday through Friday.

Q: I am restoring a vintage 1969 Winnebago motor home and need restoration parts. Can I get the factory original parts from Mobility R.V.?
A: Obtaining parts for any pre-1975 model is indeed a challenge as there is no parts documentation available. Call us with a description of what you need, and we will see if that item or a newer replacement style part is available.

Q: Do you carry parts for the Dodge chassis used on older Winnies?
A: No. Check the chassis parts section of our web site for additional information on this.

Q: What types of payment to you accept?
A: We prefer MasterCard, Visa, Discover or money orders/bank drafts. We will ship some orders COD. A service fee will apply for COD orders. Call for details if you need this method of payment.

Q: Do you offer discounts to Good Sam and W.I.T. members?
A: We don't play that pricing discount game like so many others do... mark up the prices so that everyone can have a "discount". We offer you our best price the first time you ask... no matter who you are or what club you belong to, if any. We do offer real savings in our "Monthly Specials" section of this web site.

Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: FedEx and UPS are our two major carriers and offer several levels of service, including next day delivery. We use common carrier truck freight for shipping extra large or heavy items.

Q: I am concerned about sharing my personal information with you. I do not want my name on any more lists as I get too much "spam" and "junk mail" now. Do you sell or share my personal information?
A: NO!!! We use your information in regards to you and your order only. WE WILL NEVER SELL OR GIVE YOUR NAME TO A SPAMMER, PHONE SOLICITOR, OR JUNK MAILER... PERIOD.
